Malaiwana Residences are a collection of twelve duplex apartments and penthouses located just above the beach in Naithon.

The three bedroom duplex apartment is located just below the penthouse and occupies the ground and first floors of the building - each has 605m2 of living space and its own pool -they all have superb ocean views.

The design is modern,with large glass panels, spiral staircase and hand-picked imported ceramics.  Interiors have been left simple - a blank canvas for the owner's art works and pieces.
