Malaiwana Residences are a collection of twelve duplex apartments and penthouses located just above the beach in Naithon.

The four bedroom penthouses occupy the entire top floor of their building - each has 653m2 of living space and its own pool -they all have superb ocean views.

The design is modern,with large glass panels, spiral staircase and hand-picked imported ceramics.  Interiors have been left simple - a blank canvas for the owner's art works and pieces.

A Thai sala, a feature of the pool deck, is manufactured from re-claimed materials.  It adds a traditional element to an otherwise modern design.
